Great food and drinks! Shrimp fried rice and butter chicken was Amazing. Bunny our server and bartender was the best. Kind and made the best cocktail. Never heard of the restaurant but would definitely go back!!
Omg this place is so beautiful! I came for Valentines Day and all I can say is it’s Definitely a hidden gem. The food was a 10/10 , Ms Bunny took great care of us we’ll definitely be back. Great service!!
It’s hard for me to put into words what an amazing experience we had here. Not only was the food delicious but the service was impeccable. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable about everything on the menu and helped guide some of the less adventurous eaters in our group. There were many remarks made by our party about the chicken and lamb being the best they’ve ever had. I can’t wait to return and see what else they have to offer!
Brought friends out to the Opulent to see a band playing and it was all of our first times there. And we can’t wait to go back! The room when you walk in to the right is where they played and the ambience is so nice. The food was great and everyone that worked there was so friendly. Bunny was our server and we LOVED HER. She is so fun and truly loves her job and loves being around people. A place and food can be good.. but if the waiter seems like they don’t want to be there it ruins the whole experience but that’s not the case here. 10/10 so excited that we finally got a place like this around Prices Corner.
I was delivered dinner for a Mother's Day treat. I got the lambchoos asparagus and naan. The chops were cooked just right. The asparagus has the right flavors and the naan was delicious. I liked the sauce that came with it as well. I will definitely order again. Everything was delicious.
Bunny was amazing!! I had a birthday dinner with 15 of my close friends and Bunny felt like one of us. So friendly, great service and the food was amazing!! We will be back for sure!!
Definitely a hidden gem in Wilmington Delaware! The food, drinks, and interior design were on point! It's giving club/lounge vibes except the food exceeds your expectations! We started out with several different appetizers so we could try a little bit of everything! My favorites were the Sichuan Chill Shrimp, the Kaichi Drums of Heaven, and the Opulent Sampler! I loved the presentation of the sampler and the portion sizes were great. We also got the Hot & Sour Soup which was super hearty with a nice spice level and the Asparagus Soup which was creamy and reminded me of a mix between potato soup and split pea soup. The star of the meal for me was their Butter Chicken! Even reheating it the next day for lunch had me craving more! All of the drinks were great but I definitely recommend the Blueberry Lemon Drop! They use fresh blueberries so it doesn't taste syrupy! They also host all kinds of events in their gorgeous lounge space!
Wow I’m so excited to write this an experience we hope to have and we did have. My family drove an hour and 35 minutes to come visit this restaurant/lounge. It was my daughter’s 25th birthday tonight and we absolutely enjoyed it. It was so busy there the lounge was having an event the restaurant was packed however the atmosphere and energy was amazing everyone enjoying themselves. We sat on the restaurant side of the establishment where we enjoyed great food and appetizers our sever Alicia was busy yet she did outstanding, such a good attitude very attentive and so sweet. Then to top it off the place is beautiful inside we were able to take pictures for our memories and even though we live a little distance we will definitely plan a time because we will be back.
